Innovation Group at LPT Realty combines technology, humanity and knowledge to give you a 5-star experience
Associate Broker and Team Leader, Mollyana Ward sought to develop a real estate team based on the love, passion, and knowledge of her community, Wesley Chapel, FL and beyond. As someone who observed the immense growth taking place in the greater Tampa Bay area, she also saw and experienced something unique. She observed a vast community with a small town feel. A community that supported each other through good times and bad. Mollyana has always nurtured relationships in the community and when she and her three sons lost her husband, their father, to cancer in 2019, they experienced an outpouring of support from the community.
After working independently as an agent since 2013, getting her brokers license, and leading a team for another brokerage, she decided to start her own company, wanting to incorporate relationships, technology, and the knowledge of community development with a passionate team of Realtors whose careers were built on heart and grit, not the bottom dollar.
In 2022, she was approached by LPT to join forces so she and her team did their due diligence into Robert Palmer and what he was offering with this brand new brokerage at LPT. They were impressed by stock offerings and even more so by the marketing support that extended from print, to digital marketing, to billboards, to tv and radio, to artificial intelligence within the comprehensive CRM.
Innovation Group takes great pride in being a full service real estate brokerage with experience in residential, new construction, military relocation, rentals, commercial leasing and multifamily housing and commercial development.
You’ll recognize our agents as the members of the community who are at the center of it all! They all work, live, and play here, taking great pride in the relationships they have built. The Innovation Group is a team that takes your real estate needs personally, seeing you through to the end and always putting your best interest first.
