For the Stellar MLS Florida coverage area, notable statistics state that:

* New Listings decreased by 9% month over month and have declined by 17% year over year, while Active Listings inventory declined from the previous month and is up 65% year over year.

* The number of units sold decreased from the previous month by 8% and has declined by 15% year over year. Inventory increased for the same time frame.

* Total Sales Volume increased by 6% month over month and declined by 14% year over year.

* Average Days on Market declined same month over month but has nearly tripled since last year. Inventory increased since last year.
